FIELD: hydrogenation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a method for the hydrogenation reaction of a nitro compound and a plant for carrying out the hydrogenation reaction, which can achieve the objectives of a continuous reaction of a nitro compound and a long cycle of regeneration and activation. The method for carrying out the hydrogenation reaction of a nitro compound includes a hydrogenation step, a regeneration step, an activation step and a recycling step. Depending on the circumstances, there is at least one step in which the regenerated catalyst is degassed, between the regeneration step and the activation step. An installation for carrying out the hydrogenation reaction of a nitro compound is also claimed, used in the method for carrying out the hydrogenation reaction of a nitro compound, containing a hydrogenation reactor, a regeneration reactor, an activation reactor and a recirculation unit.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides continuous regeneration and activation of the coked catalyst, a stable production cycle, implemented by targeted addition of the catalyst.
