FIELD: chemical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: fluidized bed reactor, a structural element in the form of two trapezoids and a fluidized bed reactor containing a structural element in the form of two trapezoids. The fluidized bed reactor for hydrogenation comprises a shell, a gas distributor and an inner chamber enclosed by the inner wall of the shell and the upper surface of the gas distributor. The inner chamber has a lower part corresponding to the upper surface of the gas distributor and an upper part towards the central axis of the fluidized bed reactor. The vertical distance between the bottom and the top is H, the area of the inner chamber from the bottom and up to 0.1H, 0.2H, 0.3H, 0.4H, 0.5H, 0.6H, 0.7H, or 0.8H represents the lower region. The area of the inner chamber from the top and down to 0.1H, 0.2H, 0.3H, 0.4H, 0.5H, 0.6H, 0.7H, or 0.8H is the top area. The region of the inner chamber between the lower region and the upper region is the middle region. The height of the middle region in the direction of the central axis of said fluidized bed reactor is 0.005H-0.2H, 0.005H-0.05H. A perforated plate is located in the middle region. The perforated plate includes an outer edge region and a centre region. The proportion of holes in the outer edge region is A1, and the proportion of holes in the central region is A2. The ratio of the total opening area of the outer edge region to the total opening area of the central region is 1/10-1/2. The invention relates to the use of these fluidized bed devices in a process for carrying out a hydrogenation reaction of a nitro compound, and also relates to a fluidized bed reactor structural element in the form of two trapezoids and a fluidized bed reactor.
