FIELD: magnetic bearings.
SUBSTANCE: axial hybrid active magnetic bearing comprises a shaft (1), a ferromagnetic disk (2) fixed on the shaft, a magnetic circuit (3), a coil (4) with a winding (5), two permanent magnets (6), (7) with axial magnetization, made in the form of rings and installed in annular pockets on the inner radial surfaces of the magnetic circuit (3) at the maximum radial distance from the coil (4) with the winding (5). The pockets are also equipped with diamagnetic clamps of permanent magnets (8), (9) insulating permanent magnets (6), (7) from axial contact with the magnetic circuit (3) and from axial magnetic gaps (10), (11) with the disk (2), and the magnetic circuit (3) and permanent magnet clamps (8), (9) are made of at least two radial segments separated by dielectric insulating spacers and fixed as an assembly by dielectric magnetic circuit clamps made in the form of rings.
EFFECT: increase in the magnetic induction of the total magnetic field in the area of the working axial clearance, as well as an increase in the efficiency and rigidity of the bearing.
