FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery, and can be used to induce angiogenesis and revascularization of the myocardium from pericardial sources in patients with ischemic heart disease with diffuse coronary atherosclerosis. Mechanical treatment of the epicardium and pericardium, subtotal pericardiectomy, mediastinal lipocardiopexy are performed and 50 ml of a drainage aspirate containing vascular endothelial growth factor, angiopoietins, fibroblast growth factor at a dose of 120-150 ng, platelet 45 54 ng/ml, transforming growth factor-P 54-75 ng/ml, tumor necrosis factor-a 6.1-7.2 pg/ml, colony-stimulating factors G-CSF 0.02 mcg/kg and GM-CSF 0, 03-0.05 mcg/kg, CXC chemokines, membrane-bound proteins of angiogenesis 0.4-0.6 mcg/kg, mesenchymal stem cells 1-5 million/ml. The concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor after centrifugation in 100 ml of solution is 209.56-222.44 pg/ml. Drainage aspirate is injected into the pericardial space after surgery and one to two days after surgery.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the efficiency of stimulation of neoangiogenesis by introducing autologous growth factors into the pericardial cavity.
