FIELD: adhesive materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a nanomodified polyurethane binder intended for use in the mechanical engineering, construction, aviation and space fields as an adhesive material. Nanomodified polyurethane binder includes 100 wt. pts. polyurethane rubber brand PEF-3A, 1-10 wt. pts. hardener – metaphenylenediamine (MPDA), 2-10 wt.pts. diluent, 10-30 wt.pts. modifier and 5 wt.pts. epoxy resin grade EA. The modifier is a weakly aggregated aluminum oxide nanopowder (Al2O3) with an average particle size of 30-50 nm.
EFFECT: resulting polyurethane binder has increased adhesive strength and heat resistance.
