FIELD: material machining.
SUBSTANCE: control of the accuracy of processing parts when operating CNC machines used in the processing of particular free form parts (PFFP) on CNC machines, when achieving the claimed accuracy by traditional methods will require the appointment of the minimum possible processing speed and, consequently, poor performance. The proposed method will achieve the required accuracy by adjusting the control program based on a comparison of a 3D model of a real PFFP with a 3D model of PFFP, built in accordance with the drawing.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity of manufacturing parts on CNC machines, simplification and acceleration of preparation for production.
