FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of blank on lathe by means of computer, connected with sensors of coordinated movements, sensors are installed on actuating mechanisms of lathe by means of intermediate members. Blank is treated according to instructions, appearing on screen of monitor, informing about run of treatment process, and also imaging treatment process in the mode of real time. Preliminary on the screen of monitor there are highlighted template of selected tool, workpiece templates, inside which it is located detail template with tolerance, then it is implemented matching of tool and workpiece, and also virtual image on the screen to real on lathe.
EFFECT: there is provided increasing of accuracy and productivity of work on machine-tool with manual management.
