SUBSTANCE: unmanned aerial vehicle contains a central platform, to the side surface of which radial rods are rigidly attached at their ends, electric motors with propellers with controlled rotation speed are rigidly fixed at the other ends of the radial rods, diametrically located electric motors have a counter direction of rotation, the electric motors are connected to a battery located on the central platform battery and route computer system, video surveillance system and GPS navigation receiver, electric motors are rigidly fixed inside identical rings, the inner surface of which has an aerodynamic profile, which in turn are rigidly fixed to the radial rods of the central platform and to each other, in addition, rigidly to the central platform the stun device is fixed in a certain way, equipped with a touch sensor and a launch unit.
EFFECT: improved survivability of the unmanned aerial vehicle due to its protection from bird attacks.
