FIELD: unmanned aerial systems.
SUBSTANCE: unmanned aerial system contains a mobile monitoring and control panel and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The unmanned aerial vehicle contains a supporting frame, to the side surface of which rods are rigidly attached at one end, at the other ends of which electric motors with propellers are rigidly attached, at the lower ends of which electric generators are attached, having impellers on their shafts. A dimensional ring with an annular electric winding is attached to the housings of electric motors. On the lower surface of the supporting frame, a chassis is rigidly fixed, on which a power battery is located, the output of which is connected through a speed controller to the inputs of electric motors, and an electric field strength sensor is fixed. A rotary-inclinable gyro-stabilized suspension is attached to the central part of the lower surface of the supporting frame using a hinge, on which a video surveillance device is placed. A solar battery is located in the upper part of the surface of the supporting frame. An on-board flight support system is mounted on the upper surface of the supporting frame, equipped with controls, satellite and inertial navigation, battery charge management, a gyro-stabilized gimbal, communications and video data transmission. The mobile monitoring and control panel contains a personal computer with a monitor, a transceiver radio system, a specialized control panel, a mobile video data display device, and a video data receiver.
EFFECT: increased flight duration of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
