SUBSTANCE: device for studying underground species of non-core arthropods on corpse baits, characterized in that it consists of a metal cage without a bottom with a cell size of 10×10 cm, a lid with a lock, four iron pins to secure it in the ground, and soil trap jars, which are installed at the base of the cage on the inside at its corners. Inside the cage there is a removable metal tray made of mesh material filled with soil with the mesh tray having a cell size of 5×5 cm.
EFFECT: creation of suitable conditions for studying decomposition and identifying the composition of necrobionts of buried corpses.
