SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the prevention and treatment of post-mastectomy syndrome, in particular lymphostasis in women who have undergone a radical mastectomy or organ-preserving surgery for breast cancer. Before trainings, the following complex of clinical and instrumental examinations is performed: consultation with an oncologist-mammologist and a rehabilitologist, ultrasound examination and mammography to exclude local and regional recurrence and generalization of the process, bioimpedance studies and dynamometry are performed, limb volumes are measured from the diseased and healthy sides in the upper, middle, the lower part and in the wrist, questionnaires according to the SF-36 questionnaires, the standard and hospital HADS scale, are filled in after which a course of a set of exercises is carried out using the “Nordic walking” method in the training mode of 3 times a week, and each session includes a warm-up, walking and subsequent stretching, the duration of the initial course is 4 weeks of training, after which the effectiveness of therapy is assessed by re-questioning according to the SF-36 questionnaires, the standard and hospital scale HADS, and if the therapy is not effective, trainings are stopped, and if the therapy is effective, the training course is continued for another 4 weeks with initial course schedule.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of therapy and a reduction in the risk of complications.
