METHOD OF POSTMASTECTIC SYNDROME TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61N2/00

Abstract RU 2687599 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative medicine of patients after operations on mammary gland. Exposure is carried out with successive air injection in the leggings section in the direction from its distal to the proximal portions with the compression exposure on the entire limb for the preset time, followed by pressure release in all sections of leggings, pause and cycle repetition. Pressure level is set individually in first 2–3 procedures in the postoperative period is not more than 40–50 mmHg, in subsequent procedures, the pressure is increased to 50–80 mmHg, by 12–15 procedure the pressure is again reduced to 40–50 mmHg time of air injection into each section makes 15–20 seconds, retention of pressure - 10–15 sec with smooth descent of pressure 15–20 sec, duration of procedure - 30 min, therapeutic course of 14–15 daily procedures; at the end of the interrupted pneumocompression procedure without a temporary pause, a general magnetotherapy is performed, first 2–3 procedures are performed at maximum induction of 1 mTl with frequency of 150 Hz, then 3–4 procedures of induction increase to 2 mTl with frequency of 100 Hz, 12–15 procedures are performed at frequency of 80 Hz with magnetic field induction 2 mT, length of procedure 30 min, course of 14–15 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method enables preventing or eliminating both early and late manifestations of postmastectomy syndrome, which enables reducing the length of recovery and avoiding complications in the postoperative period.
