SUBSTANCE: method for receiving a downlink positioning reference signal includes: receiving activation information of a downlink positioning reference signal transmitted by a first network device, wherein the activation information is configured to indicate a position of a wireless communication resource used by a predetermined number of transmissions of the downlink positioning reference signal. Receiving, at the wireless resource position indicated by the activation information, a predetermined number of transmissions of a downlink positioning reference signal from the second network device. The activation information comprises the parameter indication identifier. The first configuration parameter is obtained by querying the parameter table based on the parameter indication identifier, wherein the parameter table specifies the correspondence between the parameter indication identifier and the first configuration parameter.
EFFECT: significant savings in wireless communication resources.
