SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of moderate erythematotelangiectatic rosacea against the background of sensitization to pyroglyphide mites. The method involves using intravenous laser photomodification of autologous blood (ILBI) with a wavelength of 635 nm and exposure of the light guide in the cubital vein for 60 minutes, 2 times a week, until pharmacological remission is achieved. The allergen-specific allergen vaccine “Mite Allergen” and the oral form of the motenlukast/levocetirizine combination are administered sublingually, 1 tablet once a day in the evening, and 1% creams are also applied externally: ivermectin and pimecrolimus, twice each daily. After achieving pharmacological remission, ILBI is continued for 3 months, taking the Mite Allergen allergen vaccine and motenlukast/levocetirizine oral combination, and ivermectin is applied once 2 times a week on Tuesday and Friday, pimecrolimus once on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve increased effectiveness of treatment of rosacea by improving pharmacological control of the disease during step-by-step therapy and increasing the duration of remission.
