FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to converters of alternating voltage to constant voltage, and can be used in secondary power supply systems for power factor correction, conversion, regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage. The device contains a control key 3, implemented in the form of a counter-sequential switching on of field-effect transistors (MOSFET), the control electrodes of which are combined into a common point connected to the control circuit transformer 2, the primary winding 1 of which is connected to an alternating voltage source through a control key 3. In parallel to the primary winding of the transformer 2, a clamping element 4 is included, consisting of a sequential inclusion of the capacitor 5 and a counter-sequential inclusion of field-effect transistors (MOSFET), whose control electrodes are combined into a common point connected to the control circuit 14. The two secondary windings 6 and 7 of the transformer 2 are combined into a common point by the beginning of the winding 6 and the end of the winding 7, the end of the winding 6 is connected to the cathode of the diode 8, and the beginning of the winding 7 is connected to the cathode of the diode 9, the anodes of which are combined into a common point connections. The common connection point of the windings 6,7 is connected to the first pole of the L-shaped LC filter 10, and the common connection point of the anodes 8,9 is connected to the second pole of the L-shaped LC filter. Parallel to the output terminals of the L-shaped LC filter 10, a step-down regulator 11 is turned on, to the output terminals of which a pulse-width type control controller 12 is connected, which controls the regulating transistor of the step-down regulator 11. In parallel with the additional winding 15 of the transformer 2, linear inductance 16.

EFFECT: formation of a current proportional and in-phase to the variable input voltage, the formation of a constant output voltage and its stabilization, reducing dynamic losses when switching on the keys.
