SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in secondary power supply systems for power factor correction, conversion, regulation and stabilization of output DC voltage. Device comprises power control switch 4 in form of back-to-back connection of field-effect transistors, control electrodes of which are combined into a common point connected to output terminal of controller 22. Power transformer 2, which first primary winding is implemented in form of two half-windings 1 and 3, each of which is accordingly connected to the drain of two transistors of the power control switch 4 and through the power control switch 4 with in-series connected linear inductances 16, 17 of equal value is connected to the AC voltage source. Second primary winding 5 with in-series capacitor 6 is connected in parallel to power control switch 4. Two secondary windings 7 and 8 of transformer 2, connected anti-phase, are connected in series through capacitor 9. Common connection point of beginning of winding 7 and cathode 10 is connected to the first pole of step-down regulator 12, and common connection point of beginning of winding 8 and anode of diode 11 is connected to the second pole of step-down regulator 12. To output terminals of regulator 12 control controller 13 of pulse-width type is connected, which controls control transistor of step-down regulator 12.
EFFECT: creation of conditions for realization of effective source of constant voltage and for electric power supply of controller of width-pulse type with regulating switch of alternating current.
