FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to AC-to-DC voltage converters, and can be used in secondary power supply systems for power factor correction, conversion, regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage. Device comprises power control key (3), implemented in the form of series opposition connection of field-effect transistors (MOSFET), the control electrodes of which are combined into a common point connected to control circuit (15). Power transformer (2), primary winding (1) of which is connected through power control key (3) to alternating voltage source. Parallel to power control switch (3) there is winding (4) magnetically connected to winding (1), which is antiphased to winding (1), with in-series capacitor (5). Two secondary windings (6 and 7) of transformer (2), connected in antiphase, are connected in series through capacitor (8). Beginning of winding (6) is connected to the cathode of diode (9), the anode of which is connected to the end of winding (7). Beginning of winding (7) is connected to the anode of diode (10), the cathode of which is connected to the end of winding (6). Common point of connection of the beginning of winding (6) and cathode (9) is connected to the first pole of step-down regulator (11), and the common point of connection of the beginning of winding (7) and the anode of diode (10) is connected to the second pole of step-down regulator (11). Control controller (12) of pulse-width type is connected to output terminals of regulator (11), which controls regulating transistor of step-down regulator (11). Linear inductance (14) is connected in parallel to additional winding (13) of transformer (2).

EFFECT: generation of continuous and in-phase current to alternating input voltage, generation of constant output voltage and its stabilization.
