SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring emergency situations at railway crossings with a person on duty. The system includes a crossing part, including a crossing zone vacancy sensor (1), a track chain (3), a control device (2), an ALS system transmitting device (4), an alarm device for the duty officer (7), a confirmation button (8) and a locomotive part, including the receiving device of the ALS system (5) and the locomotive traffic light (6). Moreover, the output of the crossing zone vacancy sensor 1 is connected to the first input of the control device (2), the output of the track circuit (3) is connected to the second input of the control device (2), the first output of the control device (2) is connected to the input of the transmitting device of the ALS system (4), connected with its output to the input of the receiving device of the ALS system (5), connected with its output to the input of the locomotive traffic light 6, the second output of the control device (2) is connected to the input of the duty alarm device (7), the output of the duty alarm device (7) is connected via a button confirmation (8) with the third input of the control device (2).

EFFECT: possibility of expanding the scope of application of the emergency situation monitoring system for the first and second categories of railway crossings.
