FIELD: railway automation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation for prevention of emergency situations at unguarded railway crossings. Proposed system comprises track circuit, control device, automatic locomotive signalling system (ALSS) transmitting device, locomotive traffic light, crossing occupancy sensor and dispatcher control (DC) unit. At that, the crossing zone occupancy sensor is connected to the first input of the control device, the rail circuit is connected to the second input of the control device. Output of the control device is connected to the input of the transmitting device of the ALSS system, the output of which is connected to the input of the receiving device of the ALSS system. Output of the receiving device of the ALSS system is connected to the input of the locomotive traffic light. DC unit is connected to the second output of the control device.

EFFECT: increased probability of emergency situations prevention at unguarded railway crossings.
