FIELD: medicine; dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for the treatment of psoriasis. A composition for the treatment of psoriasis for topical use contains a polyafron dispersion with a dispersing aqueous phase and at least one dispersed oil phase, where the polyafron dispersion includes calcipotriol, betamethasone dipropionate, and from 0.001 to 0.005 wt.% of alpha-tocopherol and from 0.05 to 0.5 wt.% of butylated hydroxyanisole, and where the composition has a pH of 7.75±0.5, and wherein at least one of the said dispersed oil phases contains caprylic/capric acid triglycerides and isopropyl myristate, wherein isopropyl myristate and caprylic/capric acid triglycerides are present in a weight ratio of from 3:1 to 12:1. The group of inventions also describes a method of producing a composition for topical use.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions provides improved chemical stability, improved skin penetration, improved organoleptic properties and/or improved compliance.
