SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in excavators, loaders and other machines with boom working equipment. The hydraulic drive of the boom working equipment of an earthmoving machine includes a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic tank, a hydraulic distributor, a boom drive hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic accumulator, connected to a pressure gauge and through an adjustable pressure reducing valve to a hydraulic pump. The hydraulic drive is additionally equipped with a hydraulic check valve, a hydraulic valve with a logical OR function, an adjustable hydraulic throttle and a controlled hydraulic valve. The hydraulic accumulator is made hydropneumatic and is additionally connected by one hydraulic line through a sequentially connected adjustable hydraulic throttle and a check hydraulic valve with the lifting cavity of the boom drive hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic line through a controlled hydraulic valve is connected to one of the side outlets of the hydraulic valve with a logical OR function and the second side outlet of the OR hydraulic valve is connected to the hydraulic pump, and the middle outlet of the hydraulic valve is connected to the hydraulic distributor, which is connected by hydraulic lines to the cavities of the boom drive hydraulic cylinder, to the hydraulic tank and to the control chamber of the controlled hydraulic valve. In this case, the hydraulic distributor is configured to communicate with the middle outlet of the hydraulic valve OR with the lifting cavity of the boom drive hydraulic cylinder in one of the spool positions.
