SUBSTANCE: hopper loading devices used for applying electroplating to contact parts of sealed magnetically controlled contacts (reed switches). The device for loading and storing contact parts of reed switches contains a vibrating table, a hopper with slots for oriented placement of contact parts of reed switches, a magazine located underneath it, the internal space of which is divided by flat jumpers into vertical cells, while the magazine is a container of rectangular cross-section, limited by a bottom of thickness more than 1.0 and up to 2.0 mm inclusive and side walls, vertical grooves with a depth of more than 2.0 and up to 3.0 mm are made in the walls, into which flat jumpers with a thickness of more than 0.8 and up to 1.0 mm inclusive are pressed, inside the magazine between the walls, flat jumpers have a height less than 1.0 mm and up to 2.0 mm, creating a gap between the bottom and the cells of the magazine; in the side walls of the magazine, at the border with the bottom, there are through drainage channels with a height equal to the height of the gap between bottom and magazine cells, while the width of the drainage channels is 0.6-0.7 of the width of the magazine cells, and the flat jumpers and the bottom of the magazine are made of material whose hardness is 1.5-2.0 times higher than the hardness of the material of the contact parts of reed switches.

EFFECT: increasing the percentage of output and reducing the spread of operational parameters of the reed switches.
