FIELD: unmanned aerial vehicle engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for measuring draft of engineering structures during geotechnical monitoring. To measure the draft of engineering structures, a high-precision positioning module, a radar interferometric emitter and a reflected signal detector are first installed on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and all points of engineering structures to be observed are equipped with radio-reflective elements, then carry out the initial observation, the emitter and the reflected signal detector are installed on board an unmanned aerial vehicle, electromagnetic waves are generated in flight and reflected radiation is recorded, the actual location of points is determined based on the signal travel time, comparing the values of their locations at subsequent points in time, and the absolute settlement of the engineering structure is calculated.
EFFECT: increasing the speed and accuracy of measurements of deformations of buildings and structures.
