FIELD: underwater autonomous technological machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underwater autonomous technological machines intended for the development of the world's oceans. The multi-purpose underwater vehicle includes a hull and rotary screw propulsion units. The body consists of N links, and N≥3 are connected to each other by manipulator coupling devices with two degrees of freedom with the ability to overcome single obstacles commensurate with the overall dimensions of the vehicle links. The manipulator coupling device has two degrees of freedom and provides a change in the angles between the longitudinal axes of the links in both horizontal and vertical planes and contains a rigid coupling, which is an unchangeable spatial structure of a triangular profile with horizontal and vertical hinges for attaching to the links of the underwater vehicle.
EFFECT: high profile flotation ability is achieved for servicing a mining site.
