The device contains input and common terminals for connecting a constant voltage source, n chains connected between the input and common terminals, each of which consists of a series-connected charging diode, capacitor, inductor and charging key, (n-1) bit switches, each of which is connected between the connection point of the charging transistor switch and the inductor of the previous chain and the connection point of the charging diode and the capacitor of the subsequent chain, a discharge switch connected between the connection point of the charging key and the inductor of the last chain and the input terminal of the constant voltage source, the first two-level regulator, the inputs of which are relative to the common output receive a constant voltage from the connection points of the charging diode and the capacitor of the first and second chains. The second two-level pulse-width regulator has been introduced, consisting of a diode and a capacitor connected between the common terminal and the connection point of the charging diode and capacitor of the penultimate chain, two diodes and a capacitor connected between the common terminal and the connection point of the charging diode and capacitor of the last chain, a key connected to the diodes of the regulator of the second last and last chains, a choke connected between the output of the regulator and the key, a capacitor connected between the common terminal and the output terminal of the second two-level pulse-width regulator, a three-phase regulator consisting of two racks of keys, connected between the output of the first two-level pulse-width regulator and common output, three-phase load connected according to a star circuit, one phase of which is connected to the output of the second pulse-width regulator, the other two phases are connected to the middle points of the three-phase regulator racks.

EFFECT: ensuring the operation of the converter with a three-phase load while maintaining voltage regulation.
