SUBSTANCE: device for testing the condition of a contact network. The laboratory car for testing the contact network contains a control system for high-speed monitoring of the state of the contact network, a computer system and a multi-discrete synchronizer for a single track coordinate and geographic coordinate, a system for monitoring the position of the car body and a video monitoring system for the condition of the structural elements of the contact suspension. Moreover, the control system contains a stereo television system for measuring the height and displacement of the contact wire and a television system for measuring the height of the contact wire clamps. The computer system contains a universal system for visualizing synchronized data of the control system, a system for combinatorial analysis and forecasting the state of contact network objects, a control system and an automated diagnostics module for the readiness of the complex for use. The car body position control system measures the lateral movements of the body and the movements of wheel pairs between the rails. The video monitoring system is designed to synchronously capture and process video data about the superstructure of the track and catenary.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of diagnostics of railway infrastructure.
