FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to cryogenic pipelines with a cooled screen and super-insulation, and can be used in devices that provide transportation and storage of liquid hydrogen and helium. The cryogenic pipeline contains a vacuum casing with an installed inner tube, a cooling tube in thermal contact with a highly thermally conductive heat-reflective screen, super-insulation forming inner and outer layers on both sides of the screen, open rings with holders resting on the inner tube through the super-insulation of the inner layer, and clamping clamps with supports, the ends of which rest on the inner wall of the vacuum casing. An open ring with holders and a clamp with supports are mounted along the length of the inner pipe in increments of 0.5 m to 2 m. The cooled screen is equipped with an additional cooling tube. Both cooling tubes are installed symmetrically between open rings with holders and clamps with supports. The screen, which is in thermal contact with both cooling tubes, is made with a gap relative to the inner layer of super-insulation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of thermal protection of a cryogenic pipeline.
