FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-resistant nickel-based alloy intended for the manufacture of aircraft parts (gas turbine blades, heat-treated and grinded stampings of disks, deflectors, labyrinths and front parts) with an operating temperature of 750-900°C. The nickel-based heat-resistant alloy contains, wt.%: carbon no more than 0.070, silicon no more than 0.70, manganese no more than 0.60, chromium 12.0-16.0, titanium 2.0-3.0, aluminium 1.0-2.0, tungsten not more than 1.0, molybdenum 2.0-3.5, niobium 1.0-2.5, iron no more than 1.0, boron 0.005-0.010, cerium 0.001-0.05, calcium 0.005-0.012, magnesium 0.005-0.012, nitrogen≤30 ppm, oxygen≤20 ppm, nickel and impurities - the rest.
EFFECT: alloy has an optimal combination of physical, mechanical and operational properties, it is characterized by increased structural stability over a lifetime and high values of long-term strength of products and tensile ductility.
