SUBSTANCE: equipment for drying dispersed materials used in the food, chemical, agricultural, pharmaceutical and related industries. A vortex vacuum drying plant+ consists of a vacuum chamber, which is made in the form of a vertically oriented hollow cylinder, with a heat exchanger located around the chamber, and a shaft with blade units is vertically installed inside it, and in the spaces between the blade units on the inner surface of the chamber there are one or more radial plates, which are installed at an angle in the vertical plane to the direction of rotation of the blade units.
EFFECT: reducing the drying time of raw materials by eliminating clumping of raw materials near the walls of the chamber.
