FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for investigating fuel combustion processes, namely to means of investigating combustion processes of various compositions of composite fuels. Proposed test bench for investigating combustion processes of composite fuels comprises ball mill, disperser pump, mixing tank, nozzle, pump, gas analyser, flow meter, gate valves, pressure transducers and temperature meters. Contains a jaw crusher, connected through a screw conveyor to a wet grinding ball mill, to which a membrane pump is connected in series, first pressure sensor, first pressure gauge and first flow meter, which is connected to mixing tank. Tank filled with water is equipped with a first level sensor, a first level indicator and a surface pump, which is connected by pipelines through shutoff and control valves and the second flow meter to the wet grinding ball mill and through the second pressure sensor, second pressure gauge and third flow meter is connected to a mixing tank, which is equipped with a second level sensor and a second level indicator and is equipped with an electrically driven paddle mixer, heating cable and pump-disperser. Fourth flow meter, the third pressure gauge, the third pressure sensor and the single-phase automatic suction pump are connected in series to the mixing tank, single-phase pump is connected to the tank filled with used oil, which is equipped with the third level sensor and the third level indicator. Lower part of the mixing tank is equipped with a dosing pump, which is connected to the nozzle by a pipeline through the fifth flow meter, the fourth pressure gauge and the fourth pressure sensor in series, this nozzle is built in the muffle pre-furnace of the hot water boiler, which is equipped with the first thermocouple and the flame control device. In the combustion chamber of the hot water boiler there is a grate and a convective gas duct, the second and third thermocouples, a coil heat exchanger are installed, one end of which is connected by a pipeline through a first gate valve to a heating water tank equipped with a fourth thermocouple and a fourth level sensor; heating water tank is connected via a pipeline through a circulation pump to the other end of the coil heat exchanger. In the upper part of the water-heating boiler is equipped with a chimney in which a gas analyser is installed. Ash box is installed in the lower part of the hot water boiler. Drain tank is connected to the heating water tank through the second valve and is connected to the mixing tank via the third valve, besides, it is connected via pipeline via fourth valve with tank filled with water and via pipeline via fifth valve with tank filled with oil. Drain tank is equipped with fifth thermocouple, fifth level sensor and fourth level indicator. All thermocouples, level sensors, level indicators, flow meters, manometers, pressure sensors, pumps, screw conveyor and jaw crusher are connected to a programmable logic controller which is connected to a personal computer.

EFFECT: registration of fuel consumption, excess air coefficient, combustion temperature, concentration of anthropogenic emissions in flue gases is provided.
