FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test bench for combustion and pyrolysis of composite liquid fuel. Technical result is achieved by test bench for combustion and pyrolysis of composite liquid fuel, which contains combustion chamber in the form of rectangular parallelepiped with hinged door. First, second, third and fourth ceramic heating elements are mounted inside the combustion chamber in the central part of the upper and lower walls, as well as in the central part of two opposite side walls adjacent to the door. All ceramic heating elements are connected to PID temperature controller. In the upper part of one side wall of the combustion chamber adjacent to the door there is an injector with channels for supplying air and fuel, located at angle of 45° to side wall inner surface. Air supply channel is connected to air compressor, and fuel supply channel is connected to tank filled with liquid composite fuel. Chimney is rigidly fixed in hole, which is made in upper wall of combustion chamber. First thermocouple is mounted inside the stack. Second thermocouple is mounted through the upper wall inside the combustion chamber. Third thermocouple is mounted into the combustion chamber through the second side wall adjacent to the door, below the fourth ceramic heating element. All thermocouples are connected to an analogue-to-digital converter which is connected to a personal computer. Gas analyser, an infrared spectrometer and a gas controller connected to a cylinder filled with nitrogen and a cylinder filled with air are connected to the personal computer. Union is built into the lower part of the combustion chamber through the second side wall adjacent to the door, below the third thermocouple and is connected to the gas controller. Gas analyser is connected through a pump to a gas sampling probe, which is inserted through a hole in the centre of the door into the combustion chamber so that the inlet of the probe for sampling is located in the middle of the combustion chamber.

EFFECT: study of processes taking place in the combustion chamber with continuous recording of excess air coefficient, temperature in the combustion chamber, temperature of flue gases, composition of flue gases.
