SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to provide power supply to consumers in the event of a conductor break in 6-10 kV networks with an insulated neutral. Upon the fact of a power line phase failure, when in the mode of phase conductor 1 failure, a large phase overvoltage appears on undamaged phases 2 and 3, due to the shift of the neutral point and rotation of the voltage vectors, and the voltage is low on damaged phase conductor 1, a phase conductor 1 failure is detected, the line is disconnected using relay protection, a message about the presence of a break is transmitted using relay protection, automatic (using drives on single-phase grounding knives) or operational (using manual switching) switching of single-phase grounding knives 4 and 5 is performed to ensure double-sided grounding of the broken phase conductor 1 from the side of power source 6 and from the side of electrical energy consumer 7, respectively, while in short circuit mode the voltage on all three phases 1-3 is equalized, due to the line voltage on the intact phase conductors 2 and 3, as a result of which after transformation, electrical energy consumer 7 receives a normal operating voltage, the overvoltage on electrical energy consumer 7 is leveled using on-load regulation (OLR) in networks of higher voltage, the line is put into operation before the start of repair work, thereby providing electrical power to electrical energy consumers 7 in a post-emergency mode and reducing the time of interruption of power supply to electrical energy consumers 7 until the causes of the accident are eliminated.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality in case of one or more accidents, reducing the time of interruption of power supply to electrical energy consumers.
