FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to a method for preventing the accumulation of snow on the roofs of buildings and a device for implementing the method. A method for automatically preventing the accumulation of snow on the roofs of buildings is that snow is blown off the surface with a stream of compressed air until it accumulates on the roof based on a sensor signal. Slot-shaped nozzles, adjustable according to the angle of the roof, installed on four sides of the wind tunnel, located on the ridge part of the hip-type roof, ensure comprehensive distribution of air flows over the entire surface of the roof. A device for implementing the method is proposed.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of the roof.
