FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: experimental surgery, used to simulate an experimental skin wound in rats under ischemic conditions. Access is made to the femoral neurovascular bundle on the medial surface of the thigh under the inguinal ligament. The trunk of the femoral artery is isolated and excised along 1/3 of its length in the distal direction from the inguinal ligament. Next, layer-by-layer suturing of the surgical wound is performed. Then, on the same limb, 7 days after excision of the femoral artery trunk, a skin flap is excised to the superficial fascia in the form of a circle with a diameter of 14 mm on a skin area shaved from hair in the middle third of the anterolateral surface of the thigh. The resulting wound is covered with a sterile bandage and left for 4 days.
EFFECT: obtaining a skin wound under ischemic conditions with controlled depth and area of damage.
