FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing vulva tissues, skin with fat and lymphatic nodes of both inguinofemoral regions. Ileac lymphadenectomy is carried out in transabdominal access, making a cut of inferomedial laparotomy. The wound defect is repaired with musculocutaneous flap. The flap is cut out from the musculus rectus abdomini and skin covering it. Blood is supplied to the flap through inferior epigastric artery and vein. The musculocutaneous flap is brought under the skin of the suprapubic region through a separate pierce. Blood supply of the musculocutaneous flap is controlled by means of ultrasonic echoscopy. The musculocutaneous flap is sutured above the urethra mouth. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications. 2 dwg
