METHOD OF VENOUS ETIOLOGY TROPHIC ULCER SIMULATION IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2618653 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: to simulate a trophic ulcer of venous etiology in a Chinchilla rabbit, an operative access is made intraoperatively on the inside of the thigh to the femoral vein, followed by stitching through the center of the vessel by prolene 7/0 and bandaging of 1/2 vein till the lumen is narrowed 2 times. Next, the superficial fascia is dissected by transverse and longitudinal mutually perpendicular cuts on the same limb below the level of dressing after excising of the skin in the test area to the superficial fascia forming a circle 40 mm in diameter on the wound bottom surface. A purse suture is imosed along the wound edges, pulled together, bringing the wound diameter to 20 mm, skin and fascial nodal sutures are imposed.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain a trophic ulcer of venous etiology in the experiment with all its characteristic morphological features to be used in scientific research to ascertain the laws of reparative regeneration of trophic ulcers of venous etiology for different methods of treatment.
