SUBSTANCE: volumetric injection units used in fan and compressor manufacturing. The vane supercharger contains a cylindrical body 1, inlet and outlet windows 2, 3, inlet and outlet pipes 21, 22, end covers, a drive shaft, and rectangular flat blades 20. One of the covers is made with a hub and has a niche in which a flat disk 9 is placed, having a central bushing. The diameter of the disk 8 exceeds the radius of the body 1. The central bushing of the disk 9 is put on the drive shaft and installed in the hub of the cover. In the other end cover, the end of a cylindrical rod 17 is fixed, the axis of which is aligned with the axis of the housing 1 and is spaced from the parallel line of the axis of the drive shaft in the space of the housing 1 at a distance less than the radius of the disk 8. On the free part of the rod 17, cylindrical rings 19 are installed on bearings 18. The blades 20 with one of their edges are rigidly connected to several rings 19. In close proximity to the circular edge of the disk 9, limiter pins 13 and pusher pins 14 are fixed to it at the ends, placed at equal intervals around the circumference. Rollers 15 are rotatably mounted on the free ends of the pusher pins 14.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and reliability of the supercharger.
