SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressure installations and can, in particular, be used in fan construction. Air pump has housing 1, comprising cylindrical stator 2 and side flat walls, branch pipes 5 and 6 arranged on stator 2 for inlet and outlet of the transported medium, exhaust valves 7, coaxial with stator 2 of hub with blades 12, 13 rigidly fixed thereto, drive shaft 8 connected to hubs via bearings, on which bushings 21 with external groove 22 are fixed, locking devices installed on external sides of walls and including fixed on side wall ring 16 with recess 17, rotary ratchet 19, axis of which is connected to hub end part. Two blades 12, 13 and 14, 15, which are rigidly fixed on each hub, are respectively mirror-arranged relative to each other and overlap inner space of housing 1 in diametrical plane. Said rings 16 secured on housing 1 side walls have additional recess 18. Sleeves 21 fitted on shaft 8 have additional groove 23. Inlet and outlet branch pipes 5, 6 for each flow of moved medium are arranged on opposite sides of stator 2.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at provision of two flows of the transferred medium simultaneously by one injector.
