FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary vane blowers. Supercharger comprises cylindrical stator 1, end covers 6 and 7, rotor with plates eccentrically located inside stator 1. Rotor consists of shell 11 with slots and end disc 13 rigidly connected to the edges of shell 11 on one of its sides. Slots are located with the same angular displacements along the circumference of shell 11. Plates arranged in slots are made in form of flat rectangular blades 18, each of which by its one edge is connected to several cylindrical rings 19, which are put on rod 20 with possibility of rotation, which by its end is fixed in hub of cover 6, has common axis with it and is located in rotor cavity. Free edges of blades 18 adjoin with minimum gaps to mating surfaces of stator 1 and covers 6, 7. In cover 7 on the side of the cavity of stator 1 there is groove 23 for placement of disk 13 in it. Shell 11 on the side opposite to disc 13 is connected by its edges with flat ring 15, which is arranged in groove 22 in cover 6. Slots have extensions towards inner surface of shell 11. On outer sides of covers 6, 7 there are stiffeners.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of efficiency and reliability of supercharger operation.
