SUBSTANCE: coniferous vitamin beverage, characterized by being obtained by cleaning the pine needles from foreign impurities, which are then soaked in hot water at a temperature of 95°C for 10–15 minutes to remove soluble impurities and disinfection, then the pine needles are grinded in a hammer crusher, and purified water is prepared as follows: 100 liters with the addition of 4.5 kg of sugar and 0.6 kg of citric acid, the ground pine needles in an amount of 12 kg are poured with prepared water with sugar and citric acid and kept for 1 day, filtered through a cotton filter to obtain a pine beverage, then peeled and washed lingonberries or cranberries in an amount of 5 kg are poured with 20 liters of water, heated to a boil, kept in for 3 minutes, cooled and filtered, then the resulting fruit beverage is mixed with pine drink at a ratio of 1:5.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of functional nutrition beverages, as well as provide high concentrations of vitamins.
