SUBSTANCE: non-alcoholic carbonated drink is proposed, which is made of drinking water, granulated sugar, fir coniferous distillate, cranberry and raspberry juice with the addition of carbon dioxide, at the following ratio of initial components per 100 dal of the finished drink: cranberry juice – 70 l; raspberry juice – 70 l; fir coniferous distillate – 100 l; carbon dioxide – 3 kg; granulated sugar – 60 kg; water is the rest up to 100 dal of the finished drink.

EFFECT: invention provides for obtaining a high-quality non-alcoholic carbonated drink based on cranberry, raspberry juice and fir coniferous distillate with increased biological value, as well as the expansion of the range of non-alcoholic drinks.
