FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes soaking using the “jet in volume” washing method, rinsing and drying. To improve the quality of cleaning water-washable flux from low-profile cavities of microcircuits, jets of compressed air are supplied under the housing locally at a pressure of 1.0-1.5 atm with a pitch proportional to three pitches of the leads on each side of the microcircuit for 1-2 minutes at a distilled temperature water 55-65°C.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning the cavities of leadless microcircuits with ball leads.
