FIELD: feed production.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to units for preparing feed of animal origin. The unit contains a drum, on the inner surface of which there are spiral guides in form of profiled hollow elements, devices for loading raw materials and unloading the product, and a device for driving the rotational movement of the drum. Above the drum there is a conveyor belt, above which there are spraying devices. In the area of the spraying devices, under the conveyor belt, there is a receiving device with a transport system. The conveyor belt is perforated. The transport system is equipped with a filter and connects the receiving device with a fat stripper having a storage device and a fat refiner having a capacity of refined fat. A flow divider with an outlet pipe and a grease discharge pipe is installed under the container. The fat stripping device is connected by a pipeline to the spraying devices. A device for stripping defatted meat and bone meal is installed under the conveyor belt. The fat unloading pipe and the outlet pipe of the defatted meat and bone meal stripper are connected to the drum input device. The device for stripping defatted meat and bone meal is equipped with a fat quantity analyser. A squeezing roller with the possibility of vertical movement is installed above the receiving device.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to obtain meat and bone meal with the required fat content.
