FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: row material and solvent are fed to mixer 3. Mixture is divided into solid fraction and miscella by press 4. After removal of residue of solution in evaporator 5, solid fraction is directed to bin 10 through cooler 6, crusher 8 and separator. Miscella from press 4 is diluted with solution in reservoir 11 to enhance fluidity. In filter 12 miscella is divided into suspension and filtrate. Suspension is returned to evaporator 5. Filtrate is cleaned of residue of solvent in evaporator 13, refined in deodorizing column 14 and is collected in reservoir 16. Working area are reduced by 30 percent, volume of solvent is reduced by 100 times. Losses of solvent are reduced to 0.9 kg per ton of row material. EFFECT: high productivity, reduction of working areas; reduced volume and reduced losses of explosive solvent. 1 dwg
