FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the construction materials industry, in particular to the concrete mixture for the construction products and structures manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D-printing) method. Concrete mixture for 3D printing contains: portland cement, metakaolin, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 0.1-0.6 and moisture content of 1-2%, quartz sand with fineness modulus of 0.5-2.8 and moisture content of 1-2%, polycarboxylate hyperplasticiser, redispersible polymer powder RDP-SLO8006, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, starch ether, mixture of glass fibres and miscanthus vegetable fibres with length from 2 to 20 mm at ratio of 1:1 with following ratio of components, wt.%: portland cement 25-35; metakaolin 1-4; said quartz sand with fineness modulus of 0.1-0.6 25-40; said quartz sand with fineness modulus of 0.5-2.8 25-40; said hyperplasticizer 0.005-0.05; re-dispersible polymer powder 0.02-0.2; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 0.15-0.4; starch ether 0.002-0.02; mixture of glass fibres and miscanthus vegetal fibres 0.1-0.5.
EFFECT: high fluidity and mobility of the concrete mixture, high ultimate bending strength of building materials, high shape stability and reduced shrinkage during hardening of the concrete mixture, absence of defects in the building materials.
