FIELD: interior panels.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of high-tech decorative cladding facade panels. The method for the production of high-tech decorative cladding facade interior panels includes the introduction into a mixer for production of dry building mixtures with a speed of no more than 90 rpm of white cement grade 500 D0, a highly active pozzolanic additive (metakaolin or microsilica or a hybrid metakaolin and microsilica), carboxylate hyperplasticizer powder of the third generation and stirring with activation for 5 minutes. Introduction of iron oxide pigment for concrete and mixing for 5 minutes. Subsequent introduction of marble flour (microcalcite or marble flour microcalcite) and quartz sand and mixing for 5 minutes. Reinforcing the mixture by introducing glass fibre, basalt fibre, polypropylene fibre, 6 mm long and mixing for 2 minutes. Loading into a horizontal mixer for the production of concrete with highly filled compositions of the prepared mixture of water and styrene-acrylic dispersion. Adding 70% of the specified dry mixture to the horizontal mixer to saturate the mixture with water and adding the remaining 30% of the dry mixture. Waiting for 3 minutes until ready. Feeding the finished mixture into a hopper with a dispenser and filling the mould through a basalt mesh. The mould is filled and the mixture is compacted using vibration. Then the mould on the pallet is sent to a heat chamber with a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius and air humidity of 100% to gain strength. After 8-12 hours, the mould is transferred from the heat chamber to the unmoulding table, where it is turned over and unmoulded. The finished product is left in a vertical state in a warm room for 24 hours and sent to a warehouse, where it is placed on pallets for further strengthening.
