FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method that includes treating biological products with antimicrobial solutions at the stages of production of grafted grape seedlings. The producers of biological products are specially selected strains of Trichoderma viride Pers. fungus: T. viride F-838; T. viride 256. The invention makes it possible to reduce the damage to grafted seedlings by vascular necrosis to 93.5–96.8% and completely controls the specific causative agents of tracheomycosis — fungi of the genus Fusarium sp., incl. Fusarium sporotrichioides; Phomopsis viticola.
EFFECT: increasing the survival rate of seedlings in a nursery gardens under stressful environmental conditions by 11–14%; increasing the yield of seedlings by 21–35% and their survival rate when planting industrial vineyards by 15–18%.
