FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of concrete, concrete and reinforced concrete articles and structures, specifically to methods involving action on process of moulding concrete structure and on properties of concrete articles, and can be used in industry of construction materials. Method for heat and moisture treatment of concrete articles includes loading articles into steam curing chamber, holding articles in steam curing chamber, heating articles in steam curing chamber to temperature for maintaining heat carrier fed therein, which is a vapour-gas-air mixture, repeated holding of articles at specified holding temperature with subsequent cooling of articles in chamber and unloading thereof. Articles are held for 2.5-3.0 hours. Articles are heated to repeated holding temperature of 60-70 °C for 1.5-3.0 hours. Repeated holding of articles at specified temperature is performed for 6.0-7.0 hours. Cooling of articles is carried out together with chamber for 3.0-4.0 hours. Maintaining given temperature during repeated holding is performed by controlling feeding of heat carrier with temperature 100-200 °C, wherein heat carrier contains carbon dioxide in an amount of 3.3-9.6 %.

EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of concrete and reinforced concrete articles.
