FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology. The installation includes a booster compressor 1 with a drive 3 and an auxiliary refrigeration machine 4 connected to refrigerators 5 and 6, a multi-flow heat exchanger, a separator 9, a reducing device 10, an integrated refrigeration machine consisting of a compressor 2, a refrigerator 6 and a reducing device 11. In the first version, the heat exchanger consists of a high-temperature section 7, equipped with a forward and reverse flow of a multicomponent refrigerant and a forward flow of natural gas, and a low-temperature section 8, equipped with a forward and reverse flow of a refrigerant, a forward flow of natural gas and a reverse flow of boil-off gas. In the second version, the low-temperature section is made in the form of a two-flow heat exchanger “boil-off gas/first part of natural gas” 13 and a three-flow heat exchanger “direct and reverse refrigerant/second part of natural gas” 14. Between the sections on the natural gas line there is a cleaning and drying unit 12, which is also located on the fuel gas supply line 21 from the boil-off gas line 20 between its junction with the natural gas line in front of the compressor 1 and the low-temperature section of the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: technical result is cost reduction.
