FIELD: cryogenic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic engineering and can be used for liquefying natural gas at gas distribution stations. Three options of the installation are proposed, including in all options drying units 1 and purification from acidic components 2, a two-section heat exchanger 3, a refrigerator 4, a boil-off gas heater 5, an expander 6, a reducing device 7, a compressor 8 and a separator 9. The options differ in the location of the heater. During operation of the installation in all options, purified and dried high-pressure natural gas is dried in unit 1 and separated into production gas and process gas. The latter is cooled in the heater 5, reduced in the expander 6, heated in the heat exchanger 3, in which it is mixed with the regeneration gas, and the resulting low-pressure gas is discharged to the consumer. The production gas is compressed by compressor 8, cooled in refrigerator 4 and high-temperature section of heat exchanger 3, purified from acid gases in unit 2, additionally cooled in the low-temperature section of heat exchanger 3, reduced using device 7 and separated in separator 9 into liquefied natural gas and boil-off gas. The latter is fed into the heat exchanger 3, where it is heated in its low-temperature section, further heated in the heater 5 and fed into the block 2 as a purge gas. The compressor 8 is connected to the expander(s) by kinematic and/or electrical and/or magnetic and/or hydraulic connection.
EFFECT: increase in output of liquefied natural gas.
